Thank you for visiting and shopping at PureStrands! The following terms and condition constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business day.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business day.
- Free shipping is available on all orders over AU $100.00
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping times and fees will vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PureStrands is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mantillapaola523@gmail.com. with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
